Our company is looking for a Sales Engineer to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales
goals. Duties will include developing business plans, meeting planned goals, sales presentations and
product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and
dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Establishing new relationships with clients and maintaining the existing ones;
  • Interfacing with the Technical Dept., in order to stay updated on products characteristics;
  • Preparing and managing presentations for customers;
  • Demonstrating how a product meets a client’s needs;
  • Providing sales support during virtual and on site client meetings;
  • Identifying the customer’s current and future requirements;
  • Reviewing customer drawings, plans and other documents in order to prepare detailed technical proposal for them;
  • Offering after-sales support services;
  • Conveying solution benefits to both business and technical audiences;
  • Preparing and presenting potential cost benefit analysis to potential clients;
  • Putting together technical instruction for customers in relation to the use, operation and maintenance of purchased products;
  • Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions;
  • Carrying out market analysis and seeking new customers;
  • Establishing partnerships with new clients and maintaining the pre-existing ones.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering – Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
  • Strong Communication, verbal and written.
  • Able to build strong relationships and influence people both internally and externally.
  • Commitment to success, team, and the customer
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Some experience in Sales is preferred.
